Description

New for 2024 the Cosy Bench and it’s slightly bigger version, the Cosy Bench Plus, are attractive pieces of furniture bringing luxury, an aesthetic curved wood design and the tactile feel of wood.

Like much of our furniture, it is fully finished for indoor or outdoor use. The curved design features a high back giving a certain privacy and shelter. Crafted from  Mango Wood with it’s rich golden brown colour enhanced with natural streaks of black and other colours.

Mango Wood is well known for it’s properties for outdoor use. The Cosy Benches look equally as good in an  indoor setting. Our 3 coat lacquer finish completes the luxury furniture look. Seat pads and scatter cushions in 4 different colours are optional     extras.

  • Sundeyz products are made from solid Mango Wood a hardwood which is suitable for outdoor use. Check out the weight of our products compared to similar products. We see similar products made from pine which is a softwood prone to rotting in a garden setting.
  • Sundeyz Products are finished furniture which do not look out of place inside a house. The wood is properly treated with certified non-harmful preservatives and has a lacquer coating that you would expect with indoor furniture. It is ready to use right out of the box. No need to buy oils and lacquers to apply yourself before use. Similar products from elsewhere are often raw wood which has been dipped in preservative with a green colour.
  • In the UK there are laws about fire resistance of furniture which can be placed in an indoor setting or an outdoor setting. Sundeyz products comply with these laws whereas products we have seen from Germany and Poland do not because their laws are different. They are technically illegal. All of Sundeyz products have been subjected to stringent independent laboratory tests for fire resistance as well as for chemicals , strength and stability.
