DELIVERY
Free Express UK Mainland Delivery
Sundeyz Lifestyle offers Free Express Delivery on all UK mainland orders. There is no minimum spend and all orders are sent using an Express Service so generally arrive within 2-3 working days of the order being placed.
Scottish Highlands, Non-UK mainland or Channel Islands Delivery
A delivery surcharge may apply to these address. Please contact us for a quotation.
International Delivery
We are happy to deliver orders outside of the UK. Please contact us for a quotation.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you with a tracking code and details of the courier so that you can check the delivery progress on the courier’s website.
Damages / accepting the delivery
Before accepting and signing for your delivery, you should check the items carefully and if any damage is suspected you should indicate this when the delivery is signed for. If you have received damaged items you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide photographs as evidence.
RETURNS
If you change your mind
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order and need to be returned in their original packaging and well wrapped to avoid damage during transit. We will only accept returns that are clean, unused and with their original tags. Please note that we cannot accept returns of any of our wooden products that have been assembled or part assembled.
Please contact us for the return address for your particular delivery.
You are responsible for the cost of the return and for insuring the returned item for its full value.
The parcel should include your order details and you will need to email us with the return details and the couriers tracking code.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee in exceptional circumstances.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your purchase is damaged, faulty or incorrect, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery and send us photos of the problem. Once we have the photos and the item has can be identified as damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will arrange to collect it from you, at our expense. You may then decide if you prefer a replacement or a refund.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unwashed and with their original tags.
